The pool and all associated amenities will be closed starting April 7, 2025, for an estimated duration of 10 to 14 months to accommodate the Recreation Deck renovation project.

This 14th floor condo has a great view of the city, the ocean, and is only a few short blocks from the World-Famous Waikiki Beach! This unit comes with a fully furnished kitchen which includes a full-sized refrigerator, stove-range, microwave, coffee maker, and all the kitchen supplies you will need to have an at home cooking experience while on vacation. Please sit back and relax in the airy living area that includes a large TV and beautiful views of the city through the floor-to-ceiling patio windows. The lanai includes lounge chairs and side table so you can enjoy a warm cup of coffee and watch the ocean view in beautiful sunset!

This unit has a comfortable bedroom with 2 Queen Sized Beds and a picture-perfect view. The bedroom can be made private by the sliding partition doors or left open for a very free flow room. A comfy sofa sleeper is built into the living room, so if you need extra beds, we've got you covered. The bathroom right off the bedroom has a closed off private toilet and a great shower/bath with a detachable shower head. This bathroom is the perfect place to wash away all the sand and stress after a day spent at the beach!

For family fun, the Zoo and Aquarium are just around the corner, and public transportation is readily available for exploring Honolulu, conveniently located just outside the building.

The Waikiki Banyan features a beautifully furnished lobby with Hawaiian decor, soothing waterfall sounds, and a koi pond. Enjoy coffee and breakfast at The Banyan Breeze, a local coffee shop, and stock up on local treats at the lobby's Mini Mart. The recreation deck includes a full-length pool, hot tubs, saunas, a tennis court, barbecue grills, and a children's playground. Property Manager offers additional amenities such as free parking for one vehicle, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and fully equipped kitchens in each suite. Portable beds and cribs are available upon request, and each floor has a laundry room with provided detergent.
