Couldn't get hot shower or at least very warm.

We stayed here for two whole weeks. The ocean view with lots of greenery is great. We enjoyed the small balcony every day for our meals. The space has everything you need for a longer stay. The resort it's a part of is very nice, especially the pools and lobby area. We opted for the very affordable add-on of full access to the resort facilities, which includes several pools and a gym (there is one pool right next to the building that is included for free). The AC works very well. The kitchen is small but adequately equipped. The space looks like in the pictures. There's a modern drinking water dispenser and you can order refills. The reception is always manned and friendly. A Netflix account just for guests is included, which we really appreciated. There's a generous amount of towels. The pizza from the resorts own pizza oven is really tasty! Dominik is a very friendly host.

The main issues were related to the water system. For some reason there was only water pressure and properly hot water the first and last days. In between the water pressure was very low and while not cold, the water would not get hot. For about 48 hours during the middle of our stay we had no water at all (not even for the toilet or kitchen sink) due to a jammed pipe somewhere above us in the building that caused damage that needed repairing - or at least that's the information I was able to get from the receptionists with their limited English. We were not told by the hosts what was going on. During this time we had to shower in the resort swimming pool showers (which we could use thanks to our access) and fetch water several times from the lobby bathroom with buckets for flushing the toilet and doing the dishes. During this fiasco there was hardly any communication from the hosts and only after I promoted them for information, which I found strange. Secondly, know that there's a truck that pumps water into and out of the building for hours at a time every morning right below the balcony and it's very loud. This didn't ruin our stay but it's definitely not ideal. Finally, we didn't have a key for the first evening and following morning of our stay meaning we couldn't leave the apartment. The previous guest had taken it with him. We also had to inform them of this, after which they arranged a new key. The door lock is very finicky and can take a while to lock and unlock. Perhaps due to the pipes issue the smell from the kitchen sink was often unpleasant. Despite these inconveniences we still had an overall nice stay.

Die Wohnung war sauber und es hatte alles was man braucht. Die Lage war ruhig.

Beim buchen des Appartements wird der Eindruck erweckt, dass die Dienstleistngen, wie die Beach, das Gym, etc des angrenzende Resort zu welchem die Wohngen gehören, mitbenuzt werden können. Dem ist leider nicht so, zuerst hieß es ich müsse täglich für die Benützung PHP 1‘800.— bezahlen, danach wurde mir ein Pauschalbetrag für 8 Tage von PHP 2‘500.— oder 2‘800.— gemacht. Beides habe ich abgelehnt. Das geht meiner Meinung nach gar nicht! Ich hätte das Appartement unter diesen Umständen nicht gebucht! Schade ☹️.
