The property was very clean when we came in. Good appliances there including a water filter tower for ice cold water or hot water. Washing machine in the room and the owner left some washing powder which was great as we washed our clothes. Balcony overlooking other towers and the city. Really comfortable bed. I would recommend this as a stopover to another destination. Free access to pool area.
This isn’t about the property, but there’s no supermarkets nearby and Cebu city is chaotic and it takes so long to get around.

Propre, récent, personnel sympa, bel immeuble, équipements, piscine. Complexe de plusieurs piscines payantes mais exceptionnel avec excellent restaurant et plage privée.
La résidence est loin de tout et surtout, les toilettes ne fonctionnaient pas, ce qui était très embêtant car il fallait changer le système de chasse d’eau et ça n’a pas été fait. C’est inadmissible!
