Well equipped apartment, everything modern and well cared for.
Unfortunately, because of the age of the building, it was damp and smelled damp. There was no view from the apartment, the windows looked out upon walls, you could not see the sky.

Muy cerca del centro, con la playa de Zurriola al lado. Muy bien equipado y limpio. La anfitriona ha sido muy atenta, permitiéndonos incluso entrar antes.
Olor muy fuerte a humedad y muy oscuro, no entra nada de luz por las ventanas. Además, al ser un bajo, las ventanas dan a la calle y se escucha todo, así como que puedes sentir cierta inseguridad porque las ventanas no tienen barrotes.

Ubicación en el barrio de Gros, y tamaño del cuarto de baño.
Olor intenso a humedad; ambiente muy húmedo en paredes y toda la casa( no apto para alérgicos a ácaros). Es un búnker ( aislamiento total sin cobertura ni siquiera de teléfono; 3 canales de TV no generalistas). Sofá muy estrecho e incómodo. Encajonado en un callejón; escasa luz natural; los interruptores se caen. Barreras arquitectónicas ( escaleras de acceso, no ascensor).
