Please, make yourself at home. I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self checkin upon arrival. • Ideal beach for surfing 1 minute walk away • Promenade with bike path • In front of a playground and basketball court • Grocery store next door • Area of bars and restaurants very close • Kursaal Palace: shows and concerts • 10 min walk from the Old Town • Outpatient clinic 5 minutes walk • Bicycle rental in the neighborhood • Surf school on the beach • Aquarium and port 15 minutes walk → You can walk or bike everywhere (bike rental station just outside) → Bus stop around the corner Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. We stayed for my wife’s 65th birthday. The apartment was very well appointed with coffee (we usually have to bring our own), soaps, cookware, etc. Check in was easy and the host attentive. The location is perfect just above the beach but at the end of the road so not too much traffic noise. Incredible views of the beach and easy access to restaurants and shopping. We look forward to our next visit there.

My husband and I recently visited San Sebastian and decided to stay at a beautiful property outside the city center. This apartment has sea views in all the rooms. Firstly, I want to thank Adrian, Teresa and Maite who have been so responsive and helpful from booking to our actual stay. Our stay was made easy because they were readily available to answer any questions we may have (nothing trivialized - thanks so much!).
We were so pleasantly surprised by how beautiful and well-appointed the apartment is. You can tell that it has been taken cared well. And for guests like us who have traveled so far, it is nice to come home to a clean, pleasant and peaceful place. I love looking at and hearing the sound of the waves when I wake up and before I go to bed. I also appreciate seeing the many people enjoy the Zurriola Beach.
The location is very good. There are many restaurants available downstairs. It is an easy walk to old town San Sebastian. Parking is just in front of the apartment building.
I definitely recommend this place for anyone who is looking to have sanctuary at the same time be within proximity of the vibrant downtown San Sebastian city.

The property is in a locked floor in a small apartment building. The owner told us that parking was not included and we parked in the lot several blocks away which the owner recommended. It was pricey, approx 25 euros for one night. There is parking in front of the apartments but the cars were getting ticketed when we pulled up. I do not know the cost of the ticket. I understand that this area is popular with the surfers. It is not by the old town or the best restaurants but it is easy to walk throughout San Sebastian. The apartment was clean with a nice shower and washer/dryer in the bathroom. The balconies are small, with not much room to sit, but you can see the water from two of the balconies.
