Clean and really nice interior in a good location

Everything was perfect! The apartment is small, but it's so well designed, it has everything you need! You could stay there for more days for sure! It's well equipped, the kitchen , the bathroom, everything was perfect.
The mall is very close, the area feels safe and you have a lot of shops and restaurants nearby.

Location was convenient.
Served its purpose for our visit
1: Noisy. This property clearly doesn't have soundproof material in its structure! Even though in 37 floor the noise from Traffic and surroundings is awful esp at night. There was construction work being done at night also. Had to resort to noise reduction earplugs to be able to sleep.
2: Had to get prior approval for visitors/ family to the unit. Although I acknowledge the need to protect the unit, just felt too restrictive.
3: No hot water in bathroom sink or kitchen and even in the shower it wasn't very hot.
4: The smell from neighbours cooking into our unit from dried fish was quite unpleasant.
