I had previously stayed at this property with a colleague, and the experience was very positive. The property is conveniently located with good access to local amenities, making it a practical and comfortable choice, which is why I chose to book it again.
From my earlier stay, I found the property to be well-maintained, clean, and presented to a good standard. The facilities, including reliable Wi-Fi and convenient parking arrangements, contributed to a smooth and comfortable stay. The overall setup and attention to cleanliness were consistent with what is also reflected in other guest feedback.
On this occasion, although I had completed the online check-in and paid the deposit, my plans changed due to work commitments. While we had expected to wait for the deposit process, the host responded promptly once informed, handled the matter professionally, and returned the deposit without issue.
Although I was unable to stay this time, I am writing this review to highlight the host’s hospitality, clear communication, and fair dealing throughout. Based on both my previous experience and this interaction, I would confidently consider booking this property again in the future.

We had a very good one-night business stay at this property, and it was a great find on Booking.com.
The property was clean, well-maintained, and well equipped with essentials like tea, coffee, and a proper workspace, making it ideal for a quiet and productive stay. The check-in process was smooth, with clear instructions and easy access via a smart lock, which is much more reliable than traditional keys.
The location is excellent, with easy access to the city centre and motorway, making travel around Manchester very convenient. Free parking is available right outside, and having McDonald’s next door was also very handy.
A refundable security deposit was required for new guests/bookers, which was completed easily through an online link. The process was straightforward, and the deposit was returned promptly after checkout with no issues.
Overall, this property is perfect for business travellers and also suitable for families. I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to return again, especially knowing repeat guests are well looked after.

Clean space everything you need easy access to places
Having an autistic daughter the smart door lock doesnt lock from the inside so I had to barricade the door at night for fear she may escape
