Pretty dining area + kitchen. Fairly close to tram station with direct tram to the center in about 15-20 minutes. Various grocery stores in walking radius and generally a nice house. Also had a bathtub which my kids enjoyed. Bonus: Came with a manual/portfolio of local takeout places or restaurants and also indications on how to get to tram station or nearest tourist attractions.

Cobwebs with dead mosquitoes everywhere. Nails in the doorways not properly screwed in on the floor. Also sharp nails on the stairs where fabric was lifting due to not being properly nailed. Hurt my 2 year old sons feet. (Sent complain and video to owner and met with no response) Lightbulb not working and needed replacement. Orange sofa bed half damaged upon entry (as seen in provided photos), my son sat on it, rested his back and it fully tipped over. Owner now blaming us for the damage and will not pay back security deposit. Beds were comfortable except for the one in the master bedroom. Had springs which could be felt on the back when laying down. Nice house for a short stay but for longer stays especially with infants could definitely use improvements.

Great stay overall. The apartment has three bedrooms, and the dining room and living room are separate, so it felt very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of cooking tools and dishes. Our family of five stayed comfortably for a week. Parking was easy since the host provided a permit.

Filling out an extra form in advance was a bit of a hassle, but it showed how much the host cares about the property.

Great location for the Etihaad and Manchester Apollo.
