Appart Tour Eiffel / Champs de Mars

The host was really quick to react when I phoned him; he sent me all the relevant information and codes. The location is absolutely perfect - close to the underground (2 metro stations), the Eiffel Tower is just round the corner, there are restaurants, pâtisseries and grocery shops nearby. The WiFi was OK.

The window (of the appartment that is on the ground floor) opens to a very small inner yard where the dustbins are kept: not much of a view (also rather unfortunate on a hot summer night, when one would like to let some - fresh - air into the room ....) Some of the kitchen equipment is a bit mysterious (the kettle starts heating the water but stops within half a minute; it's not quite clear how the coffee machine is to be used; the big water heater behind the curtain seems to be leaking). Having said all that, there's cutlery, there are some pots and plates, there's a fridge - if you want to prepare a meal, you can.

Der französische Flair und die Lage der Wohnung sind unschlagbar toll. Die Wohnung liegt ebenerdig und war in dieser heißen Zeit angenehm kühl.

Trotz explizit angekündigtem kostenlosen Parkplatz war dies nicht der Fall. Wir hatten Glück und einen Platz in der Strasse vor der Tür ergattert, aber nur "payant" - also ziemlich teuer. Das ist verständlich mitten in Paris, aber wir hätten es gern gewußt und haben uns drauf verlassen. Der Vermieter hat nicht wirklich zur Lösung des Problems beigetragen. Im Hof standen die Mülleimer - auch die für die Flaschen. Das war am Morgen ziemlich laut. In der Küc henausstattung wäre schön, wenn wenigstens ein Brotmesser dagewesen wäre und die Info, um was für eine Kaffeemaschine es sich handelt. Es fehlte ein Fön. Sollte Standard sein, finde ich.

La ubicación es excelente, está bien comunicado con todo tipo de tiendas y servicios cerca .. la torre efell está a 5 minutos y eso se valora muy bien

No me gustó que no está cuidado y limpio al detalle, está un poco dejado y la energía se salto varias veces .. no me gusto que cosas como papel de baño jabón y demas basica en un apto, no hubieran o fueran muy poco para tu estadía.
