Great location close to St Pancras Kings Cross metro and regional trains, but very quiet. Well equipped common kitchen. Laundry facilities onsite. Short walk to great and affordable cafes and restaurants.

Bed linen, duvet and towels not the best quality, but ok. No luggage storage before check-in or after check-out.

Location excellent. Near train stations and bus stops. Staff friendly and very helpful. Reception covered 24 hours. Rooms and kitchen very clean and well equipped.

Pillow very thin. However when I asked I was immediately given a second one. Cooker needs replacing. Paint flaking off. Freezer drawer very dirty. No hairdryer available to borrow.

The staff and manager were really cool. Since I got there on the hottest day of the year and they do not have air conditioning, they were so kind to lend me a fan, since I have asthma. The location is perfect, so close to City Center, to Notting Hill, to Wembley, to Luton, great railway and metro connections. It saves you a lot of time !

One thing that would be great, would be to give the room a renovation, sometimes there is a smell of dust/closed space, more clean and fresh air. The windows are blocked due to security reasons, as far as I understand, maybe there could be a way. Sometimes you can hear the morning garbage car, which is a bit too loud, but London keeps you very busy and tired, so you go back to sleep ;)

The evening staff went above and beyond to assist me with my stay, even helping me serve up dinner 🤭, very nice to chat to and very much appreciate them risking getting drenched trying to sort out my shower not turning on I also appreciated that my room was ground floor and first door after reception so asking for help never took long

Immediately seeing the hallway lined with mousetraps definitely doesn't bode well and gave cause for concern. The shower is very small, had to squeeze in and then had struggle getting it to turn on and stay a decent water pressure The bathroom also didn't seem to match the photos online, the shutter style door doesn't open much hence the tight squeeze Only plug socket was opposite side of room so if you like to charge your phone but use it in bed you're out of luck. Bed was pretty dense and I required extra pillows, the staff said they would show me the kitchen facilities...and then just pointed down the hallway. When I Did use the kitchen there was only 1 fork, no sponges to clean anything and there was a stack of dishes in the corner my entire stay, some clean some dirty but all mixed together. No oven mitt or tea towel for getting food out the oven and the utensils in the cupboard weren't even clean nor was the oven as it was smoking just preheating it. The evening staff said if I asked in the morning the staff could check if there was space for me to store my luggage and that if I let reception know it would be fine for me to leave around 11am However in the morning the staff wouldn't check for space and simply told me I could put it in a common area at my own risk. That I could only stay an extra 15 mins as house cleaning would be starting soon. I fully understand late checkout/storage wasn't listed when booking but it was disappointing that the day staff made no effort to try and accommodate when the evening staff had been so helpful the rest of my stay.
