The apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean. The owner is communicating friendly and very well through messages. The location is very good , lots of restaurants around and few minutes walk from Metro station.
The apartment is in the third floor and there’s only stairs, no lift. It’s not comfortable for elderly persons to carry luggages upstairs.

Excellent location, nice neighbourhood. Clean, beautiful and spacious apartment. Two separate bedroom with good beds and two bathrooms as well! Very kind and fast communication with Maikel.
Not negative, but a fact. The stairs to 3rd floor are charming but quite narrow and you should be cautious walking with your luggage.
