The condo is beautiful but poorly maintained. The pool area by the ocean amazing. The hwy is so loud the windows should be double paned. The property mgr responded at first with fixing the fridge and then I notes all other requests except to bring in an exterminator for bugs.

The broken toilet seat. The 3 shower roofs all damaged. The carburetor backing up. The floor is filthy and the cleaner did not wipe down all the chemicals after they sprayed for bugs pet out request. There was not enough toilet paper no dish towels or cloths. Asked for some hot none. The property manager ignored us after saying they would wipe down the balcony glass and the shower glass. The balcony advertised in your site is not what we got it was small and crowded with a bunch of tall chairs with no cushions.

Location and the condo itself.

The fridge is not working. No tea towels or dish cloths the garbage is broken the shower needs the roof repaired. We did not have towels in our bathroom and the front desk does not speak English.

Es un edificio nuevo que tiene lugar para estacionamiento. El departamento está bien (a secas).

Pocas amenidades, no ponen jabón, shampoo y papel higiénico suficiente. No había televisión, los botes de basura escasos y no tienen servicio de limpieza. La playa que está abajo del edificio no está linda ni se puede bañar ahí.
