About this apartment rental
This two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is in the boutique Riverway Apartments building. Located on the ground floor it is a very large apartment with a patio out front which looks out to the pool and gardens.
It is located adjacent to the arroyo and is a quick 3 minute walk to the beach. It is close to the pedestrian bridge allowing you easy access to the old side of town or to the restaurants and shops in the newer part of town. We are down on the flat area so there is no need to be hiking up and down the hill further south of us.
We have a BBQ grill in the pool area. There is also a BBQ grill up on the roof area with views out to the ocean.
If you need to find a place for more than 6 people we have additional options in the Riverway Apartments. In addition to this this 2 bedroom apartment we have four 1 bedroom apartments and one Studio apartment which we also rent out short term.

We absolutely loved our stay. Beautiful courtyard and pool, comfortable beds, amazing location, well equipped with everything we needed. Cannot say enough good things. Hopefully we are lucky enough to return soon.

The location was perfect. Property manager always available. Only disappoint was that they are so desirable that we could not get in for next year.

Host was wonderful, had great local tips and was always available. Excellent location, well secured and beautiful property. Excellently maintained. Very clean, excellent amenties, drinking water provided, a nice touch. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back.
