Het schitterende uitzicht op het Wad, de heerlijke kamer, de schone keuken en het aardige personeel. Soms tref je een plek waar alles klopt!

I was positively surprised by my experience and stay, as the pictures and descriptions weren't too clear on some details but the little apartment like rooms with their own bathroom, and entrance area plus bedroom/ living room and the tidy and well equipped kitchen were well kept, warm and provided everything I needed. There was a lovely sense of community that I was invited into but didn't need to join, with a large joint lounge, a lending library, kitchen and fancy coffee machine. The team is equally friendly, helpful and responsive. It's been an excellent stay
It good to note that there is no WiFi available on the premises - it wasn't mentioned anywhere but i guess I assumed and wasn't prepared for it. This is more for future travelers to take note than a complaint

Die Lage ist fantastisch und das (ehrenamtliche) Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, so wie im Schullandheim üblich, und in die Jahre gekommen. Dafür war alles sehr sauber. Hunde werden freundlich willkommen geheißen. Der Gemeinschaftsraum ist mit Klavier und Sofas sehr gemütlich. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis für 3 Übernachtungen im einfachen Lehrer-Zimmer mit kleinem Bad, ohne eigene Küche, für 410€ fanden wir im Winter etwas überteuert, dafür, dass eine ganze Ferienwohnung im friesischen Reethaus ähnlich viel oder sogar weniger gekostet hätte. Dafür haben wir uns sehr gefreut, dass wir so kurzfristig überhaupt noch eine warme Bleibe für 3 Tage gefunden haben. Insgesamt eine gute Erfahrung! Danke!
