The view is nice and can be seen through the kitchen and room. The staff were friendly and helpful and security was good. It was quiet and I enjoyed going to the beach daily. I used Indrive to get around and ordered from talabat which was ok except for some micro scams on talabat or missing items but the scams were unsuccessful and the customer service was good. There is a shop about 20 minutes walking distance called blue star and more further away also for basic groceries.

The balcony is facing the traffic on the side not shown and the wind was very strong on some days so it was not very pleasant to be on the balcony most of the time due to honking and motorcycles and wind. The wind stopped by the end of my stay I think due to the season changes but this brought mosquitos because it is right next to a breeding ground of muddy water. The dishes were in very poor condition making it impossible to cook so I asked them for some replacements and they accommodated this request but only brought two tiny microwave safe plates and everything else was plastic. Many things were broken like the door, the screen door had a large hole that was taped, and the washing machine outer glass is completely cracked. They fixed the door as it was whistling loudly in the wind but the other things were left as is so it felt a bit ghetto even though it was functional. The person on chat was not very good with communication. I told him I wouldn’t be checking out early because of a flight that changed and would be checking out on my scheduled day and he completely skipped my message and attempting to reconfirm the old check out time. This led to frustration and exhaustion and anxiety as I had to correct him and then he didn’t say anything which made me nervous that they would come by early. They charged heavily for “electricity” for the month. 2-3x time average cost. This was included in the total upfront but was a significant upcharge. The apartment is very small. What you see in the pictures is all that it is. It was fine for one person but more than that would be crowded and there is way too much furniture taking up space. There is no wifi which created issues as my mobile data ran out early and I had lots of problems with scams in town to get it fixed and ended up having to buy a new plan but I got a better deal. Considering the price- I expected higher quality. It is not cheap for Egypt.

I liked the resort, I liked the owner - helpful but sometimes slow to answer, I liked the security guys especially one - working very hard trying his best. I loved the view. I loved equipment in the kitchen and the whole apartment, an the fact I could prepare all the food I wanted. I liked that it was quiet, the beach access was great. Good signal for we for vodafone not so great. Lot of channels on the tv tho. Never had problem with ordering uber or taxi here. If there was Internet included would be even better!

I didn't like cleaning ladies. When I checked in, there were dirty towels left in the washing machine and the sheets looked dirty as well. For me that was not a big deal - I just washed them, but I imagine that could be a huge problem for someone else. When I was leaving, I still left some money for them, and I regretted it immediately when one of them came up to me and asked why I had left "so little" (in her opinion), well that was so rude and I was stunned! She spoke Arabic so I just pretended I didn't understand but until now I can't comprehend what happened there. She even made faces, as if trying to shame me and this attitude is absolutely unacceptable. Apart from this situation one of the windows is not closing and the bedroom door doesn't close either. To the nearest supermarket you have to walk a little (10-15min) but also supermarket (blue star) offers delivery so it is okay.

This review is the most complicated I’ve ever written. The building itself is brand new- they were installing exterior bannisters while I was there. The pool area is great and beach area was cleaned by the staff and there were comphy beach loungers and much needed wind screens. They play sold lovely music at the beach. The colour of the ocean is stunning. 15 minutes walk to restaurants/ mini markets. All the good stuff is the building staff not the apartment. The apartment is new but small. Kitchen contains all major appliances but sadly nothing else. There are open loose wires in the apartment that appear to be for lighting but just looked unfinished and a bit dangerous. You should know that right now this building is between a construction site and an empty lot ( apartment over looks this) which has lots of standing water and lots of noise from the busy road. Garbage lines the shores on both sides of you and walls exist between all the properties so there’s no walks along the beach. Also to note far from Hurghada proper but taxis run along the street in front all day / night.

This place should have been a 10 but wasn’t. Failure due to small things. For the price shouldn’t have happened. Kitchen - too small for a 5’3 inch woman to stand in. Zero items to cook with. I had to go buy cutlery. Four plastic plates/ bowls that you would give to toddlers were present Dishes were dirty on arrival. Dirty sponges in the sink. No dish soap or any kitchen linens. Had to buy those. Glass mugs - cracked / stained - no glasses present. Way too much furniture in the apartment and it’s all too big for the space. Always squeezing around it. Bed linens were dirty - holes in them. Did not match the newness of the apartment. Two towels- one pink dirty small one and one bath towel with giant rips in the middle making it unusable. Had to buy towels. No toilet paper- had to buy that. Washing machine front glass broken , iron broken in two sections, no hairdryer as stated. I reached out to owner and got a response after second day there saying they’d send someone to clean and buy stuff but I’d already done it because I needed to eat and shower. Lots of things broken - trim on doors/ cracks in mirrors. Garbage in cupboards. Dirty used bar of soap in shower. Half used covered in hair mini bottle of shampoo in bathroom. 100% preventable. Please note I am always conscious of price/ value when I give a review. It drives me crazy when people are paying $40 for a room in central Paris and complain that there was no shampoo. The owner ( who appears to be running this from overseas) needs to follow up on local support. The answer I got about no cutlery etc. was they get robbed . Not good enough. No maintenance is being done at all. Holes in screens on patio door ( that appear in previous reviews). Trim falling off doors , cracks in mirrors, bedroom door banging on wardrobe making holes in it. This owner needs to wake up. This place could so easily be fantastic! Pick this building but another unit # B315 is poorly managed.
