Love the location of the property relative to downtown and though we didn't get much time to explore the direct neighborhood - we like the area. Close to Balboa and downtown.
We had some problems with one of the toilets however the support team jumped on it right away.
Although not a huge charge, additional charges for early checking seemed petty. Little to no toiletry is provided for guesses. No dish soap for dishwasher.
Basic necessities such as bottled water for guesses were missing. It would have been nice for the host to provide some basics to make it feel like home away from home.
