We believe in honesty and good vibes — so here are a few friendly notes about our home to help set perfect expectations for a smooth, comfortable stay. None of these are dealbreakers — just helpful details we’d share if we were welcoming you at the door ourselves!
Near the Airport (But Not in It!)
We’re just a short drive from San Diego Airport — super convenient for travelers! Occasionally, you may hear a plane overhead. Inside the home, it’s rarely noticeable, but we like to mention it upfront for light sleepers.
Free Parking
Enjoy free parking on the premises (driveway) and free street parking nearby. No need to stress about finding a spot — it’s easy and convenient!
Cooling & Comfort
The home features central heating for cooler months, and living room AC unit and fans in each bedroom for personalized comfort year-round.
House Rules:
No smoking, vaping, or drugs — $2000 fine if discovered
No parties or loud gatherings (quiet hours 10 PM – 8 AM)
Maximum 12 guests (children under 6 not counted toward total)
Pets welcome (see Pet Policy below)
Check-in 4 PM / Check-out 11 AM (late checkout $100/hr if unapproved)
Blink camera + smart lock on side door and garage entry, front door and (no interior view)
Guests are responsible for safety, belongings, and damages

We know pets are family, so we’ve made our home as welcoming for them as it is for you. Please review these quick guidelines to keep everyone comfortable and happy.
Furniture & Carpet Care
• Please keep pets off the furniture and beds unless covered with your own blanket or cover.
• Wipe paws before coming inside (especially after beach or outdoor play).
Potty Protocol
• Ensure pets are fully house-trained.
• Please clean up after your pet promptly when outdoors — waste bags provided.
We truly appreciate your help in keeping our home beautiful and welcoming for future guests. Need a nearby dog park, groomer, or pet store? Just ask — we’re happy to share our local favorites!

Crating & Alone Time
• If you leave pets unattended, please crate or kennel them for safety and to prevent damage.
Behavior & Consideration
• Keep pets calm during quiet hours (10 PM–8 AM).
• Avoid excessive barking or scratching to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.
Damage & Cleaning Policy
• If accidents happen (like carpet stains or furniture damage), an additional cleaning or replacement fee may apply.
Missing or Damaged Furniture:
Guests are responsible for the care and security of all furnishings in the home. If any furniture or major items go missing or are removed during your stay, the guest will be charged the full replacement cost .
Trash Collection Policy (Tuesday Nights)
If your stay includes Tuesday night, we kindly ask that you place the trash bins outside the garage for Wednesday morning pickup. After the bins have been emptied, please put them back. If you are checking out on Thursday morning, there's no need to bring the bins back in—our cleaning team will handle it. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the property clean and organized!
* For your awareness, there are other tenants who reside at the back of the property. They are very polite and considerate, and if you have any questions, they will be happy to help.
