Location and patio. Nobody has a ground floor patio in Palermo, but this suite has one. The immediate neighborhood is a bit rough visually. But there’s a great little bakery around the corner, down the street for cappuccinos, and around the other corner for fantastic pizza. Meri the owner was especially helpful dealing with ZTL zone issues!
Nothing bad. Parking can be a bit weird. Best to park in the larger street, but otherwise not a problem.

Accoglienza splendida e massima disponibilità. Ci sono tutti gli elettrodomestici, gli ambienti sono ampi e le camere pulite. Ottima per soggiorni di più giorni.
Il parcheggio è in strada e gli ambienti un po' bui. Non è proprio a ridosso delle strade centrali principali, ma comunque raggiungibili a piedi.

Siamo stati veramente bene.. Casa pulitissima attenzione ai dettagli e un cortiletto che e' un incanto. Abbiamo trovato una cordialita' speciale Nell accoglierci e siv Curamente torneremo presto in questa struttura. Comoda al centro.. Attaccata all orto botanico e lungomare. Infine... Top!
Per l' uso della lavatrice c' d ' un costo di 5 euro a lavaggio se si soggiorna meno di 4 notti
