We liked the location as was walking distance of approximate 20 minutes to the landmarks of the city.

The sofa was not very comfortable and was not very stable to sit on.

The apartments are very comfortable and cozy, and most importantly - clean. The owner is very polite and friendly.

I liked everything.

Location was great, close to the city center with the Metro. I liked that the flat was spacious and the terrace is big and very sunny all day long. Wifi was good to work on the computer. Communication was easy. Checkin/out was convenient.

The equipment needs to be updated. The sofa is damaged and full of stains. The kitchen equipment (glasses, plates, cutlery, etc.) feels like it was randomly put together over time, as nothing matches and the quantities are inconsistent. There was only one teaspoon available, the cooking pot was broken, and the Italian coffee machine is extremely small and only makes about half a mug of coffee. The plastic cutting board is also in very poor condition and does not feel hygienic anymore, as small pieces of plastic come off when using it. I would also suggest adding a colander, as it would make cooking pasta, rice, or potatoes much easier. When taking a shower, the water does not drain properly, so dirty water starts accumulating around your feet. The pillows in the bedroom are quite old as well. The AC unit in the bedroom produces an unpleasant smell, so I believe it needs maintenance (probably a filter cleaning).
