L'emplacement de la maison, la vue, le confort, les équipements. L'accès à la piscine extérieure et le spa chauffé de l'hôtel AP Cabanas appréciable + le bar du rooftop ( payant bien sûr)

L'espace vert à l'entrée et le jardin derrière pour être mieux entretenu. L'éclairage public de la rue qui ne fonctionne pas ( pas pratique quand on rentre tard le soir) Étonnamment, il y a parfois comme une odeur de "cannabis" près de l'entrée.😁 Prévoyez l'anti moustique.

We generally loved our stay, and Emma was super helpful and responded to text messages very quickly. She advised us that the hotel next door would give us wrist bands to use their boat to get to the beach on the other side of the river (which is gorgeous). The hotel also told us we were welcome to use the pool (although we never did) and that we could purchase drinks/food there also (again, we never did). Cabanas is a lively town with lots of food and gelato (and yes a lot of tourists but it is high season in the area). Our family had lots of room, and the location was convenient for getting to other parts of the Algarve. All the cooking supplies we needed were provided, as well as beach umbrellas and parking was easy. There's also a really nice seating area at the back of the property with a view of the river. Personally I'd prefer it if the hotel didn't have a DJ in the afternoon but otherwise it was a very quiet area, and we did get to hear their fabulous Fado singer one night.

The beds were not the most comfortable, and the shower on the main floor could use a little love (door is a little off its guide rail and the mount for the shower handle should probably be replaced). These are small quibbles, because overall we really liked the place.

Location was excellent. Views were excellent. Facilities were great. Our host Emma was very helpful.

There were a few broken items (eg. toilet seat, main shower clamp, mesh screens) and some worn furniture. This didn’t spoil our stay but the could be easily fixed.
