Luxury 1BR apartment - Champs Elysees

It was a spacious apartment that was perfect for our family of four. Excellent location within walking distance of the Champs-Élysées, Arc de Triomphe, and the metro. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Although there was no A/C, we visited during an exceptional heat wave. The hosts responded immediately and provided a portable air conditioner, which made a huge difference. We really appreciated how quickly they found a solution.

The apartment is on the 4th floor, so be prepared for stairs if you have heavy luggage. Also, since there is no built-in air conditioning, it can get quite warm during unusually hot weather. That said, the hosts were incredibly responsive and promptly provided a portable A/C unit, which solved the problem.

Incroyable appartement à deux pas des Champs-Elysées. Très spacieux pour nous et nos deux ados de 15 ans. Il est vraiment très bien aménagé et nous nous y sommes sentis très à l'aise dès notre arrivée. Adresse à garder car vraiment pratique pour visiter Paris. À 7mn à pied de la ligne 1 du métro.

Nous avions pris de quoi cuisiner pour un soir. Il nous a juste manqué l'huile, le sel et le poivre.

Super Lage, sehr stilvoll und charmant, hell und luftig, Schlafzimmer sehr ruhig, Küche gut ausgestattet. Alles da: Spülmaschine, WaMa, Fön, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen. Wir waren zu viert, 2 Jungs 12 und 14 Jahre hatten gut Platz auf der ausziehbaren Couch.

Armatur im Bad war kaputt, Vermieter telefonisch erreichbar, sehr nett und zügig repariert 👍 2 Schränke im Bad mit leichten Feuchtigkeitsschäden, aber nicht schlimm.

Расположение отличное, понравилось. Завтрака у нас не было.

Не было лифта. Пришлось чемоданы поднимать на 4 этаж без лифта. Я понимаю, что в этих домах лифты установить невозможно, но для меня лично это был сюрприз. Теперь буду при выборе апартаментов узнавать об этом заранее.
