Ein schönes Apartment in absoluter Toplage des 16. Arrondissement in Paris. Der Eiffelturm ist in ca 15 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar und die Metro Station bringt einen zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt.

Etwas mehr Geschirr wäre gut und der Flur vor dem Apartment hätte mal eine Renovierung nötig.

При заселении не подошли коды доступа - пришлось звонить и тратить 40 минут на заселение пока подошли коды/брелки. Плесень на потолке в душе из за отсутствия вентиляции Окна в спальне смотрят в внутренний двор, освещение плохое

Excellent Location - The apartment is situated in a fantastic, green, and seemingly very safe neighborhood. It’s close to the metro station, and you can easily walk to the Eiffel Tower. Plus, there are plenty of bakeries, grocery stores, and fruit markets right around the corner. Interior & Comfort - The kitchen and living room boast a very nice design. The sofa bed in the living room was easy to set up for sleeping. Also, the windows do a great job of blocking out street noise. Great Communication - The property management company was highly responsive. When our door code didn't work initially, we called them, and they generated a new, working code almost instantly.

Cleanliness & Hygiene Issues - This was our main concern. The apartment had not been thoroughly cleaned. The light switches in the bathroom and toilet were sticky, which was quite unpleasant. Bathroom Mold: There is no ventilation in the bathroom, resulting in a very large mold growth on the ceiling. This made it quite difficult for allergy sufferers. Stained Bedding - The worst part was finding stained duvets tucked inside clean duvet covers. Although the management company offered to replace them immediately when notified, we only noticed it before our final night, so we decided to pass. Minor Amenities - The living room sofa cushion kept sliding off continuously during use. Additionally, the kitchen could be better equipped with more plates, wine glasses, and tumblers.
