Lovely 6 Berth Caravan For Hire At Barmston Beach Holiday Park Ref 62062Hc

Der Wohnwaren war sehr geräumig und hat genügend Platz für alle 4 plus Hund geboten. Es war alles sauber und wir haben das Objekt ordentlich vorgefunden. Sehr angenehm war der "Late Checkin" mit Schlüssel am Bungalow/Wohnwagen und Keysafe. Sehr schön waren die Umgebung und der Strand, der je nach Tide, richtig, richtig breit werden konnte. Ausserdem konnte man schöne Spaziergänge mit dem Hund am Strand und am darüberliegeneden Weg mit Blick auf das Meer machen.

Wasser/Dusche, Betten: Die Dusche war irgendwo zwischen tröpfelndem Wasserhahn und Rinnsal angesiedelt. Richtig Duschen war nicht so einfach, insbesondere mit warmem Wasser. Die Betten glichen eher Hängematten und waren wenig komfortabel. Das scheint aber ein gesamtengllisches Phänomen zu sein. Wir konnten das auf unserer 2 wöchigen Rundreise um die Insel öfter erleben. Der Wohnwagenpark war recht lieblos/einfallslos angeordnet Wohnbungalow an Wohbnungalow. Keine Bäume/Sträucher - ziemlich kahl. Ausserdem könnte man aus dem Wirtschaftstrakt viel mehr machen. Der war ähnlich lieblos und dunkel gestaltet.

Good location, close to the beach. Clean property and mostly functional

Shower didn’t work properly (either scolding hot or freezing cold), wi-fi doesn’t work (luckily we didn’t feel we needed it for 2 nights), bed is too soft (although we appreciate it’s subjective and some people might like it), 2 single duvets for a double bed.

Very nice , lovely and clean accommodation.

Nothing really , a balcony would be a big plus here .

Shower was a lukewarm dribble (you can't really have a proper comfortable wash), caravan really cold (kitchen lighter wasn't provided so we couldn't use the main gas heater for the first night which was quite stressful when travelling with an infant), couldn't park near the caravan and linen/towels/soap etc not provided. Beware additional charge for a dog. Extra charges/faff of bringing own linen/essentials means it is worth paying slightly more for a better place to stay. It's an ok caravan but not worth 9/10 as rated on booking.com. Genuinely perplexed by the outstanding reviews...it is very average
