Quiet. Ideal for single or couples. Bed was super comfy.
Would happily stay again. Little welcome arrival basket was sweet, while I didnt use it as I was traveling for work it was a great little extra.
I would have preferred a bigger tv with netflix ect. But its a small space so a small tv is ok. I just used my laptop so I could watch my preferred tv shows.

They were left in the door
The pathway to the property had a very narrow path and the bushes scratched my car, there was damp in the property and you could smell it., it wasn't clean dust everywhere. It was much smaller than I thought, too small, very pokey. Was not worth the money, I would NOT recommend it.

This is a one in a million place. Cosy, quaint, just gorgeous!! Loved the gardens, the cottage and the warm welcome. The care and consideration the owners have put into the property and their guests is obvious and appreciated. Loved the extra touches and goodies, and the homemade cider!😊Perfect for 2 wandering aussies. Thanks so very much guys! We hope to return…for longer.
Having to leave.

The cottage and location is a slice of heaven in a beautiful part of Wales. The family are very friendly and welcoming and Ethan was very helpful with information of the site, surroundings and the pets who are also lovely. They've built something very special that can be experienced for a very reasonable price. Thank you, well done and see you next year. 👍

What a tranquil place to stay, gardens were beautiful, accommodation was amazing, we had a stove, microwave, fridge, electric fireplace which looked like a wood heater, everything was thought out by the hosts Wayne and Sam, wish we lived near here as we would definitely use this as a base to see this part of Wales or just to sit back and watch the day go by
Drive into the Lakeway was tight but if that’s all you could pick then who really cares….. couldn’t see anything that we didn’t like about the property

Everything was perfect. Small touches like milk in the fridge bread jam butter coffee tea sugar all available . Cottage was spotless and had everything needed for a stay. Gardens lovely even though the weather wasn't the best . Wayne was a lovely host and we chatted for a while about him moving to Wales with his family . I also enquired about the bigger cottage and he happily told me to go and have a look round . I could have stayed there all week !!
My only tiniest criticism would be maybe a little curtain to cover the glass in the front door. I was on my own which isn't a problem but once in my cosy little pad and curtains shut I found myself looking at the glass constantly. I have already looked at dates to come again. 1 of the best places I have stayed in .

Nice electic (wood stove lookalike) heater and the kettle and the toaster worked flawlessly.
The hosts have left bread, butter, marmalade and fresh milk/tea/coffee etc which was great as the site is in the middle of (beautiful, but) nowhere. Great compact design and space for the small amonst us.
Cozy is the word, ideally suited to the atheletic types who fit an 'M' sized shirt and are less that 5'8" tall. MAMIL/cyclist types spring to mind, not lumberjacks or truck drivers.
Being this slim and atheletic, if there are two of you, will still make a comfortable nights sleep a challenge.
Best moments are with 1 seated and the other moving around, if you both stand up at the same time the place gets instantly over crowded.
No point in attempting to dance in the shower as if you have broad shoulders you can only manage an oblique two step shuffle.
