J'ai apprécié l'emplacement car je marche beaucoup. Le logement est situé aux pieds du front de mer.
Alors qu'une place de parking est prévue, je n'ai pu l'utiliser que 2 fois en 3 semaines. Je regrette la vue désagréable depuis le salon, car des voisins offrent un dépôt de poubelles éparpillées dans leur rez-de-jardin. Je ne mets absolument pas en cause le (la) propriétaire du logement que j'occupais, mais je trouve cet état dommageable pour lui (elle). Le changement du canapé serait appréciable.
