Welcome to Cannes et Cimes, a bright, spacious and fully equipped apartment, perfect for up to 4 guests in a calm, secure and green setting in Saint-André. Whether you're visiting with family, friends or for work, this rental ensures comfort, privacy and convenience.
The apartment features 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a large living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, fridge, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, kettle…), a modern bathroom with Italian-style shower, and a laundry area with washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum, ironing board and iron.

🚗 A private covered parking space is available right in front of the apartment, at the end of the courtyard.
