Rally clean and great place to stay with a very good owner
Unfortunately the apartment is 2 floors above the Melody Piano Bar which is actually a night club open until 4am Fri to Sun. So makes it hard to sleep as the building vibrates to the bass of the dance music

Апартаментът е чудесен - изглежда по-добре от снимките, беше ни много удобен, нищо не не липсваше по време на престоя.
В петък и събота е доста шумно до късно (03:00-04:00) заради заведението в непосредствена близост.

Разкошен апартамент, на перфектно място в центъра на "Даун таун" - "Пирин голф", обзаведен и с коледна украса, направени с много вкус, явно и с любов. Мили домакиня и нейна представителка, която ни настани.
Всичко беше чудесно.

Apartment is nicely furnished and clean. Nice views towards the golf course and Rila mountain. Was provided with baby cot.
There is a piano bar below the apartment. Live karaoke(I really doubt someone was paid for that drunkenly screaming) music until 6:30 AM. From what I understood it is on a regular basis. No one seems to care, owner, facility management, police.
