Lokalizacja obiektu była dobra, kontakt z właścicielem był bardzo dobry, wszędzie blisko, na Cita Alta kilka minut na piechotę, niedaleko przystanek autobusowy. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia: piekarnik, mikrofalówka, lodówka, zmywarka. Duża część jadalna, wygodny stół i krzesła.
Mieszkanie na ostatnim wysokim piętrze deklarowane jako 80m2 okazało się dużo mniejsze z sypialnią na antresoli. Wszystkie ręczniki pozostawiały dużo do życzenia w zakresie higieny i czystości - sprawiały wrażenie nieświeżych o brzydkim zapachu, który utrzymywał się po ich użyciu na skórze. Sypialnia z racji jej umiejscowienia bardzo szybko się nagrzewała i trudno było ją schłodzić działającą klimatyzacją. Brak detergentów do zmywarki i pralki. W prowizorycznym salonie brak sofy, szafy a rozkładane małe fotele trudno nazwać pełnowymiarowym łóżkiem. Umywalka do rąk poza łazienką. Schody prowadzące na antresolę strome i bez poręczy.
