Good size , quiet , confortable bed , well decorated , good kitchen equipment.
A very clean and pleasant environment where one can appreciate attention to details given by the owner, including tasteful decoration and colors.
Very good shower and albeit small , a very good washing machine and support for drying.
Wifi works well. Safe and clean under the building parking.
Nice community , Carrefour City grocery nearby about 10 minutes walk, smaller grocery less than 50 meters awayand good small Italian restaurant 4 minutes walk away.
First unit on first floor , safe and large stairs .

Somewhat complicated TV system which could be more user friendly. While Parking is fine for small cars it is a little tricky for large ones.

L'emplacement est parfait: quartier à la fois calme et animé: commerces de proximité, de bons restaurants et une ligne de bus. L'appartement est très bien agencé et équipé, pour une ou deux personnes. Les indications envoyées pour y accéder très claires et complètes.
L'accès au garage avec la voiture et l'emplacement dans le garage: impossible de se garer dans la rue en attendant la récupération de la clef donc j'ai fait 2 ou 3 fois le tour du quartier ☺
Et la place de stationnement est très exiguë (nous avons une Clio!!). En fait, il faut prendre le temps de la garer et ensuite utiliser les transports en commun, et c'est ce que nous avons fait.
Aussi: l'utilisation des télécommandes de la TV?? peut-être rédiger une note explicitant la marche à suivre?

Le petit studio est vraiment fonctionnel et bien équipé. Le parking est un énorme plus dans le quartier ! L’appartement est bien situé, il y a plein de commerces et restaurants à proximité. Les hôtes sont disponibles et les instructions sont extrêmement claires, c’est très agréable.
Tout était parfait, le seul point négatif c’est qu’on a été invité à enlever nous-mêmes les draps du lit au moment du départ. Même si ce n’est pas grand chose, ça nous a paru étonnant pour un lieu d’accueil pendant nos vacances (pour lequel on paye les frais de ménage …).

Sa localisation a 500 m de l’hôpital est un vrai plus.
