Logement décoré avec goût, quartier paisible, stationnement gratuit, propriétaire réactif et agréable (pas de l’IA!), matelas et oreillers de très bonne qualité, matériel soigné, on s’y sent tout de suite bien
Il manque une ou deux petites casseroles, une seule grande n est pas suffisante. Sinon, c’est parfait!!

Séjour décevant, je ne recommande pas du tout !
Séjour très décevant. Dès l’arrivée, une odeur très forte de refoulement d’égout, partiellement masquée par plusieurs désodorisants dont l’odeur est écœurante et donne mal à la tête. On doit choisir entre l’odeur d’égout ou celle des désodorisants. La propreté laisse fortement à désirer : four et micro-ondes sales avec miettes et traces de gras. Le canapé est sale, les coussins tachés, et le mobilier est globalement abîmé. La salle de bain présente un mur qui se décrépit à cause de l’humidité, un nettoyage fait à la va-vite, et des serviettes délavées et rêches. La literie est inconfortable : draps synthétiques et absence de protège-matelas, ce qui est inacceptable. Le chauffage est impossible à régler : soit allumé à fond, soit le seul moyen de l’arrêter est de couper les plombs, le système de thermostat ne fonctionnant plus! Les photos de l’annonce sont trompeuses et ne reflètent pas l’état réel du logement. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet appartement.

Le logement correspond bien à la description et est bien situé. Les échanges étaient chaleureux. De plus, l'horaire d'arrivée à pu être avancée. Je recommande !
Des petites attentions étaient disposées dans l'appartement et donc très appréciable. Malheureusement, je n'ai pas pu en profiter (absence de boule à thé)

Bon pied à terre calme pour visiter Lyon, en étant un peu à l'écart du centre-ville.
Très bien chauffé. Très propre. Spacieux pour 2, bien aussi pour 4. Hôte très réactif. Rue calme. Bus tram et métro à 10min à pied.
