2BR NORTHPOINT CONDO Free Airport Pick up for 3 nights stay or more

property is well equipped and host is very accommodating of our family requests. it is amazing to have such hospitality especially when we are in a foreign country

My family enjoyed the clean room they stayed in and the kids enjoyed the pool

Wasn't able to check in my family as my endorsement wasn't filled out with security so we were left standing at the security station for nearly 30mins while security were telling me to contact my agent which I found disappointing as it wasn't me who should be chasing up paperwork not submitted to them. Then as my family had a vehicle we were told by security that there was no parking available. Then after talking amongst themselves they finally came up with a carpark space but told us it was 400php a night. Not sure why free parking isn't included with the price of the room. When I went to hand over the money to the security officer he didn't accept it and pointed to another officer then changed his mind and took it off me. Overall the level of professionalism displayed from the Security' Team was very disappointing as they made us feel like we were doing something wrong which is very poor and the parking issue seemed to be them making a deal with each other to finally allow us to park. Not sure why they don't have a plan in place for guests arriving to check in but there paperwork isn't up to date. Surely a 24hr contact number for them to call and get issues like this sorted within minutes not putting myself and family through this embarrassing situation. Was sent an apology by my agent the next day which was nice but the damage was already done!
