Sehr ruhig, das Hotel ist ungefähr 8min zu Fuß vom Zentrum, man muss den Berg runter, was aber kein Problem ist. Die Dame spricht leider kein Englisch aber mit Google Übersetzer ist das kein Problem. Sie war sehr nett, ich bin erst spät mit dem Sleeper Bus von Sapa angekommen und der spätere Check-in lief super. Sie hat mir sogar direkt heißes Wasser für Tee mitgegeben. Alles war super sauber und auch der Wäscheservice war schnell und hat top geklappt.
Die Matratze im Privatzimmer war recht hart, das muss man mögen. Ich hab aber trotzdem sehr gut geschlafen. Und es gibt keine Klimaanlage, das sollte man je nach Reisezeit aufm Schirm haben.
