This is a beautiful homestay in the mountains. It's around 8km from Sapa town but perfect for treks. The local community is very nice and helpful and the food was good and reasonable. The rooms are basic and they provide a fan if it gets hot (which isn't often). It's great for budget travellers. The common bathrooms were always clean and hot water was always available.
Only two beds have charging points so may not be convenient for the people in the other beds.

Has a really pretty view. Has great tours to choose from and they even organised a taxi to collect us from the bus stop at 1am.
Our room was clean but we did have a few ants on one wall. None on our bed though which is good. Also the laundry service shrunk some of our clothes which isnt ideal.
