The apartment is perfectly located directly in the Navigli district in a quiet side street. The facility was very clean, well equipped and all appliances were in perfect order.

The patio furniture was unfortunately not usable. We only had the bare steel frames of the couch and the two armchairs; the cushions were missing, instead there were two tiny pillows - no backrests. So no comfortable evening with a nice glass of wine… We contacted the WhatsApp hotline we had been given, and received a prompt reply. We were told that the cushions were currently being cleaned and that the issue would be taken care of immediately. However, we were put off for two days, and eventually there was no further response to my inquiries. We were simply ignored. As a result, we were unable to use the outdoor area at all. This is unfortunate with an otherwise perfect stay.

The location is one of the best if you want to enjoy the Navigli area or Milan by foot. The room is big and spacious.

There is a major safely problem with the property as the terrace does are not working, you cannot close them. After reporting this to the property manager all they did was asking if we did find the missing pillows (described below) the safety validation was never addressed by the property manager, nobody repaired the doors during our stay means our room was open to any potential intruders and property manager decided to ignore it. If you are coming with any kind of valuables (work notebook) consider another property. Not to mention feeling safe at night while your doors are open… The pillows from the terrace, after asking for them the property manager informed us that there are there in the apartment. There were not, afterwards somebody was supposed to come and bring them, never received them, but we received a bottle of water and coffee capsules that we didn’t ask for so it was odd. Be informed that they provide you only with 2 small bottles of shampoo/shower gel they call a welcome package and no further toiletries will be provided. Also we received a half roll of toilet paper… The sheets were stained with blood. The towels had dirty spots - not a dealbreaker as they were very minor but i would question if they are being washed in 90* Celsius. The beds might have bed bugs as we were wakening up with small bite marks and skin itch. The bed is semi soft with a thin spring mattress so you can definitely feel them while trying to sleep. I’m not a picky person but I woke up at least twice due to back pain. The coffee machine was leaking water while making the coffee. Ac doesn’t work.
