There are 4 apartments in the complex -the apartments are luxurious and spacious , nicely decorated and spotless clean. The communal areas are very well looked after, the swimming pool and sun loungers all so very nice, clean and comfortable. We loved spending time by the pool and there are loads of amenities and good beaches nearby

Everything was perfect

It was very nice that they welcomed us at 3 in the morning. When we had a question she answered very quickly.

We booked this place because of the amazing reviews, but unfortunately, we were disappointed. The listing mentioned many facilities, yet the kitchen had very few supplies, and the wifi connection was extremely poor. The sheets we received on the first day had stains, although the host replaced them and improved the wifi the following day after we mentioned it. We stayed for 7 days and were initially given only one large and one small towel each, so we had to request more, which were brought the next day. We later learned that after 4 days we got new clean sheets and towels, something that wasn’t communicated clearly. While the host spoke English well and she always replied quickly through messages, we still felt the overall communication could have been better. It was also frustrating to have to repeatedly ask for basic things (enough trash bags, coffee machine, working wifi,..) that should have been available from the start. Our biggest disappointment, however, was the lack of cleanliness throughout the accommodation, dust on the lamps, fingerprints on the doors, dead mosquitoes on the closet, unclean floor, dirt under the couch/bed, unclean sheets, hair in the shower. On top of that, the price did not match the quality we experienced. Overall, we suggest taking the glowing reviews with a grain of salt.
