Spacious apartment, clean, easy access to downtown Florence and public transport. Close to big grocery store and restaurants. kitchen quite big so easy to make a meal. Nice local neighborhood with hardly any tourists which was great. I recommend it!
Can be a little noisy at night staying right on the tramline, but I think perhaps we are not used to living in a city.

A beautiful apartment in a more traditional style. Good sized rooms and the furnishings were very comfortable. The kitchen is excellent. The location is a little away from the centre, but is right on the tram route so getting in and out of Florence was simple. Our host was very friendly and welcoming.
Only relatively cool water available for showering - a minor issue as the weather was very hot during the days. Some of the finishes were a little worn and could do with repair, but these were minor.

Apparemment très lumineux et fonctionnel. Très bien placé, une belle décoration.
