Beautiful property with exquisite finishes and attention to detail. Very comfortable
Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working and therefore I wasn’t able to warm the room. The housekeeper suggested I use a blanket, but I paid for an air conditioned room. Also a pillow did not have a pillow case and the kettle had oily fingerprints on it. The owner also expected me to allow the maintenance to be done before my check out time.

In a lovely part of Constantia, Cape Town.
I was disconcerted that the only person around was a staff member,Blessing, who did everything. She was charming and very helpful but I felt an owner should be around too

Property and facilities adequate
The actual location of the facility was not particularly accessible for people with physical disabilities - I don’t recall any mention of there being stairs at the side of the property or steps into the accommodation - this caused great difficulty for myself and I could not have gained access without my companion’s assistance - I would recommend that the facility state that it was not accessible for people with physical disabilities
