Es handelt sich hier um eine großzügige Einliegerwohnung einer Villa in Constantia, mit eigenem Eingang, sicherem Parkplatz, großer Terrasse und eigenem Garten. Bad, Bett und WLAN sind Top. Die Küche verfügt über die notwendigen Dinge, eine Waschmaschine steht zur Verfügung. Es gab ein Begrüßungspaket: Wein, Wasser, Kaffee, Tee, Milch und Zucker. Ganz in der Nähe sind Supermärkte, Restaurants, mehrere Wein Farmen und Wanderwege.
