Die Lage ist grandios. Es gibt zwei Balkone. Zahnradbahn ist fußläufig erreichbar. Der Eibsee ist super mit der Zahnradbahn erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung absolut ausreichend.
Vorsicht ist bei den Dachschrägen geboten, dass man sich nicht stößt. Wir haben uns schnell dran gewöhnt. Es gibt kein WLAN und nur kleine Handtücher im Badezimmer, was uns im Endeeffekt nicht gestört hat.
