About this house rental
We rent 2 mobile homes on the year-round campsite "Camping Erlebnis Zugspitze" with a unique view of the highest mountain in Germany, right on the banks of the Loisach.
Our mobile homes are located in the back of the campsite - in a quiet location, right on the Loisach. They are designed in an ecological wooden frame construction and as a low-energy house.
The terrace leads directly into the living and dining area with a modern, open kitchen. Adjacent to one side is a separate bedroom (lying area 1.90m by 1.60m), opposite the bathroom. In the living room there is a second sleeping possibility on the gallery (1.80m by 1.30m). This is made possible by a loft-like ceiling height of almost 3 meters - a unique living experience in nature!
The furnishings consist of high-quality fittings and furniture, and of course a gas fireplace ensures cozy winter evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots and dishes.
In this wonderful atmosphere, we deliberately avoided installing a TV, free WiFi is available for this. Bed linen for every season and towels are provided.
In addition to the covered wooden terrace, there is an exposed patio on the roof - unique, with a magnificent view of the Zugspitze.
Our guests can use all services of the campsite on site, including: a. the separate ski room with boot warmers, WiFi and also the wellness and sauna area of the partner campsite, Camping Resort Zugspitze.
The bus stop is right on the square, grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance.
"Camping Experience Zugspitze" is located in Grainau near Garmisch-Partenkirchen, in the center of a fantastic holiday world with countless leisure activities.
Enjoy excursion destinations such as the impressive mountains of the Werdenfelser Land, the market town of Garmisch-Partenkirchen with its rich cultural offerings or the King Ludwig castles in the region. You can expect a wide range of sports from mountaineering and hiking, cycling, MTB tours, golfing, canoeing / kayaking and water sports on the surrounding lakes to snow-sure winter sports on Germany's highest mountain.

Beautiful scenery and the perfect base for hiking/ exploring the local area. Walking distance to supermarket and local restaurant was a real plus. Definitely would stay again!

Dieser (Kurz-)Urlaub war für uns erstmalig (Mobilhome auf einem Campingplatz). Vor diesem Hintergrund waren wir gespannt auf Platz, Leute, Umgebung etc.
Nach diesen 3 Tagen stellen wir fest, dass unsere Erwartungen übertroffen wurden. Der Platz ist gepflegt, das Mobilhome ist qualitativ einwandfrei, wir hatten alles, was wir für einen Kurzurlaub brauchten. Vor allem haben wir die direkte Umgebung (Gebirgsbach, schöne Aussicht) sehr genossen. Das alles regt zur Wiederholung an !!!Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut!

Die Sauberkeit war top und die Ausstattung war modern und gepflegt. Wer komplett dunkel schlafen möchte, muss kreativ werden da keine Rollos da sind. Der Umstand hat unseren Aufenthalt aber nicht weniger schön gemacht.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Das Objekt war sehr sauber und super gemütlich, direkt am Bach und mit Blick auf die Berge! Wir waren im Winter da und der Kaminofen sorgte immer für eine wohlige Wärme. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und vor allem konstruktiv. Die Umgebung bietet viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten auch außerhalb der Skigebiete. Gern kommen wir im Sommer wieder, um auch die Dachterrasse genießen zu können!
