Proximity to the beach . Charming . Air conditioned. WiFi. Kitchen . We are looking to book next year for a longer stay and more rooms . Bunk beds needed .
Micro wave plate didn’t fit . Some mold in bathroom ceiling. Some dampness . No seat cushions on porch chairs . But we left some . White in color put them inside apartment needed more trash bags .

We had a wonderful 2 night stay here! Yes, it's a little small, but was perfect for 4 adults on a quick birthday trip! The area is congested and a litle loud, but that is totally to be expected this time of year. Location was perfect, close to the beach, boardwalk, food, etc. Would 100% book again for cost! Host was super responsive!
I only have 2 super small suggestions. The first is to WD-40 those bedroom doors! They both creaked SO loud that it was impossible to leave/enter the rooms without everyone in the whole place hearing. The other is curtains in the bedrooms I know it's probably done to make the room appear larger, but that light really shines through the blinds in the morning. Again, 2 super small things that didn't really impact our short stay.

Location was perfect, very convenient to have a parking spot available, AC worked great.
Very bare bones, no extra bedding for sofa bed, no extra toilet paper, no hand soap.
