Location is perfect.
Parking is very tight, limited, and causes issues. Spots are so small people were using two spots.

It was close to the boardwalk . It had ocean side views. The condo was spacious.
The carpet was dirty and stained. The bed skirts were dirty.

Very spacious and four separate bedrooms with two bathrooms complete house amenities.
Parking under building was very tight but there is an extra lot, two blocks away. We had arrived to dirty apartment and had borderline dryer meltdown, due to blocked dryer vent. I ended up cleaning and fixing the dryer vent. A non functioning vacuum blocked with broken glass, that got spread throughout the tile floor. A refrigerator with a lot of broken and/or missing shelves. And a heat pump with a clogged filter, which made A/C unit to be always running, so I ended up replacing the units filter with the spare one.
