The best thing I can say about this property was that the location was wonderful - right on the boardwalk in the heart of all the activity.
I hate to have to give a bad review about something that could have been so wonderful but first off when we arrived the a.c. in the living room wasn't working. In their defense they sent a maintenance person over right away to tape up the hose. Other things that need in this unit were the screen door handle which broke off, a coffee pot that only made enough coffee for 2 at a time, the toilet in the main bathroom never stopped running, and there was a serious lack of items in the kitchen for cooking (plus 2 toasters that didn't work and a teflon frying pan that seriously needed to be trashed), and an electrical outlet in the 3rd bedroom that was falling out of the wall. I also sent this list to the management with no response, so it shouldn't come as a surprise to them In light of the historic nature of this building and the price of the rental I think a few nicer upgrades should be make for the comfort of the guests.
