The property is beautiful. We stayed in the villas, which were modern, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the well-maintained golf courses, excellent facilities, and wonderful caddies. However, golf pricing was confusing, with little transparency regarding the charges. Unfortunately, the dining experience was disappointing, especially considering the resort is approximately 30 minutes from other restaurants. Of all the dining options on the property, the clubhouse restaurant had the best food and genuinely kind, attentive staff. Breakfast – Extremely Disappointing Breakfast was easily the worst part of our stay. The dining area was uncomfortably hot, tables were dirty, and no one greeted us. The buffet selection was extremely limited, and the hot food looked old and unappetizing. More concerning was the hygiene. Fresh food sat out without visible temperature control, and fruit flies were swarming around the buffet. Guests were grabbing food with their bare hands and coughing over the food without staff intervention. It was honestly disgusting and raised serious concerns about food safety. I didn’t feel comfortable eating from the buffet. Thankfully, the chef prepared fresh eggs for me, and I had toast with butter. Even the coffee was terrible, which was especially disappointing in Vietnam, a country known for its incredible coffee culture. I had no intention of returning for breakfast the following morning. Overall Impression This resort has tremendous potential, with beautiful accommodations, excellent golf facilities, and genuinely lovely staff. However, when a property is this isolated, food quality, variety, and safety should be a top priority. Guests shouldn’t have to leave the resort to find a decent meal. I can overlook average food or a limited menu, but questionable freshness, poor hygiene, and a lack of basic food safety standards are unacceptable, especially at a property positioning itself as a luxury resort. However the clubhouse staff, caddies, drivers and the manager Anthony were all very wonderful snd accommodating. With improvements to dining operations, sanitation, food quality, and transparent golf pricing, this property could be exceptional. Unfortunately, the dining experience significantly detracted from what would otherwise have been a wonderful stay.
