Basic comfort for a budget stay in Panajachel, yet clean and nice. Staff was kind and welcoming, basic understanding of English language too.

All staff were very friendly and accommodating!
We had asked for a fan in the bedroom and although they didn’t have one they delivered one to our room early the next morning.
The room was visibly dirty upon arrival, hair and old shampoo wrapper in the shower from the last guest.

It states that there is onsite parking. This maybe the case for a very small car or scooter, but not a Toyota truck. We didn’t like having to park off site.
