About this house rental
This bright, self-contained two-bedroom suite sits on a quiet residential street in South Surrey's Grandview Heights, an easy, comfortable place to land whether you're travelling as a family, working remotely, or crossing the border.
The lower-level suite has its own private entrance and a relaxed, homey feel throughout. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, crisp linens and plenty of clothing storage, and a full bathroom stocked with towels and the essentials. The full kitchen is ready for real cooking, with an induction range and oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, cookware and dishes, and in-suite laundry makes longer stays simple. You can set the heat to your own comfort, and free parking is right on site, at the front or back of the house.
The location is the easy part. You're a short walk to Oak Meadows and Edgewood parks, about 12 minutes on foot to the Grandview Heights Aquatic Centre, and a 5-minute drive to The Shops at Morgan Crossing for dining and shopping. White Rock Pier and its beachfront are about 10 minutes away, and Highway 99 and the Peace Arch border are just minutes out, putting YVR airport and Downtown Vancouver within about 40 minutes.
Whether it's a family getaway, a work trip, or a longer stay, it's a comfortable, well-connected home base close to the best of South Surrey and White Rock. We'd be glad to host you.

New, quiet neighborhood close to white rock. Solid and timely communication from the host. Clean, well equipped suite with comfortable beds. Would highly recommend this suite!
