Important Property Notes
Rear patio access is currently restricted due to repairs on the upstairs balcony. Construction is expected to continue through mid-July 2026, and some daytime noise may occur. End date is subject to change and out of our control. WE MAY HAVE TO CANCEL IF THEY DON"T OPEN THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING!! Parking in front of the condo is also blocked off. You will need to park in any visitor spot you can find.
Sliding door access is limited during this time.

No parties, events, or smoking inside the condo
Please smoke outdoors only with doors and windows closed
Small pets permitted with prior approval and pet fee
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in begins at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. You’ll receive detailed arrival instructions before your stay so you can drive straight to the property and settle in without delay.
What’s Provided
Freshly laundered linens and towels, starter supplies such as dish soap, paper products, trash bags, and laundry essentials, plus a welcome amenity kit with bathroom items are included for your convenience.

The pictures didn’t do it justice! It was a beautiful home, the master bed was very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. I was also impressed with the communication with the property manager, he was very responsive and personable. We enjoyed walking to the beach, and the bay. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect place to spend a week visiting our daughter. The place was comfortable, and we loved being able to walk to the beach. We had everything we needed to be able to cook meals and hang out, and the washer/dryer were a huge bonus after a few days of going to the beach. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay again.
