Villa in Moraira, set in tranquil surroundings in an exclusive quiet residential area, under 3/4 mile to the beach and town centre.
This charming 3 bedroom villa is located in the traditional fishing village of Moraira. The villa is in a very peaceful residential area with a wide range of amenities in the vicinity. Moraira town centre and the main sandy beach – L’Ampolla – are an easy 10-15 minute walk away.
The villa is set within a small and private community, where the majority are permanent residents. All of these properties share access to a beautiful communal swimming pool, outside showers, large pool terrace and landscaped gardens.
The house itself has off-road private parking for one vehicle. A few steps lead up to the property itself, which is all on one level.
The naya at the front of the property has a dining table and chairs. This leads through to the spacious open- plan living area, with feature fireplace and UK satellite TV. The modern kitchen has only recently been updated and is fully equipped with all mod-cons including gas hob, microwave, washing-machine and fridge freezer.
The hallway leads off from the lounge and from here you can access the bedrooms and the bathroom. The three bedrooms comfortably sleep 5 in total – one with a double bed, one with twin beds and one with a single bed. The bathroom has also been recently updated and features a walk-in shower, wash-basin with vanity unit and w/c.
The large private terrace (overlooking the swimming pool and garden) to the rear of the property is the ideal spot to unwind after a day at the beach. There is a BBQ, sun beds and an outdoor table and chairs
