About this villa rental
The Pura Vida villa in Moraira has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 7 people. A perfect villa for families who wish to rest and enjoy its beautiful exterior and private pool.
You'll love this home if you're looking for the true Moraira experience: sunny days at the beach, long family meals, evening strolls and a peaceful atmosphere. Moraira is known as one of the Costa Blanca's most family-friendly destinations and is best suited to guests who value relaxation over nightlife. As this house is in a residential area parties and excessive noise are not permitted after 22:00, in line with Villas Guzman policies.
Villa layout:
The accommodation has 152 m² distributed over two independent floors connected by an external staircase. On the main floor we find an "Ibiza Style" living room with air conditioning, dining room and kitchen, all open plan. A lovely porch with seating area, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with a 180/200 cm bed and air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower, and a second bedroom with a single bed and a very special bunk bed as the bottom one is a double mattress and the top one is a single mattress, for a total of 4 beds, and with air conditioning.
Going up external stairs and completely independent, we find a double bedroom with air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with shower and washing machine. The bedroom also has a lovely terrace with two armchairs and a small table where you can chat on summer evenings ;)
The villa has Internet via fibre optic, which allows excellent upload and download speeds.
Villa exterior:
With a plot of 1200 m2, the villa offers space to park around 3 cars inside and outdoors. It has several exterior spaces that are designed to be enjoyed to the fullest. To go to the pool area from the main floor you have to go down 9 steps and you will find a 8/4 pool with built-in stairs to access it, an outdoor shower, a sun lounger area, a beautiful Balinese bed and different relaxation corners. A covered built-in barbecue area, very pleasant with sink, auxiliary gas kitchen and table to eat or dine outdoors and facing the pool, a true pleasure!
It is located 1 km from the supermarket, 2 km from Cala L'Andragó, 2 km from the city of Moraira, 3 km from the Golf course "Club de Golf Ifach, 94 km from the airport and is located in an ideal area for families and within a residential development.

Very clean nice villa. Could do with some updating, like kitchen sides are old, scratched & stained, not sure how hygienic they are now. I also found the pictures to be misleading particularly the outside, looks much bigger from pics then what it actually is. Also throughout the stay there was drainage smells a lot round the pool and in the upstairs.Apart from that very nice, we had a pleasant stay.

Todo ha sido perfecto, los aires funcionaban de lujo y silenciosos, la cocina muy completa y la piscina y la parcela en perfecto estado.
La barbacoa funciona perfectamente.
Techar parking.
Presión agua plata superior
La estantería de la ducha y la ducha, están muy oxidadas.
Falta aire acondicionado en el salón.
En la habitación superior, sería genial disponer de TV.
