About this villa rental
Charming villa for 7 people, situated in the town of Moraira, in the urbanization Fanadix, 2.5 Km from the sandy beach L'Ampolla and 1.6 Km from the rocky cove L'Andrago. At 1 Km from the Ifach golf club which has a school for beginners to enjoy this lovely sport.
Distribution of the villa:
The villa is distributed on two floors, the main floor consists of individual kitchen, fully equipped, dining room, living room with TV, decorative fireplace and air conditioning, three bedrooms, 1st with double bed and fan, 2nd with two single beds and fan, 3rd a single bed, a bathroom with shower for the main floor.
The fourth bedroom is completely independent from the main floor and is located on the ground floor of the villa, you have to go down a staircase of 10 steps and has, two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
Outside the villa:
The villa has a completely private 10X4 swimming pool located at the same height as the main floor, there is a separate terrace where you will find the barbecue with terrace furniture where you can enjoy meals and dinners in a pleasant atmosphere and with access to the kitchen.
There is a garage space and an outdoor parking space.
Other services:
It has a garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, 30 m² terrace, barbecue, decorative fireplace, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, central heating, air conditioning only in living room, private pool, garage and parking in the same building, 2 fans, 1 Smart tv.

The upper floor of the house and the gardens were lovely
Minor points - the fridge had a cracked bottle shelf which collapsed when loaded. As we hadn’t reported it to Villa Guzman upon arrival we ordered a new one. The pool is not protected by a gate so we had to have an adult with the small children at all times plus ensure they wore flotation devices when outside. The lower floor room was ok, basic at best with a non-working lamp plus failed and failing ceiling light. The VG team replaced the ceiling lights promptly. The lower floor bedroom was not a great place to stay.

Küche mit sehr modernen technischen Geräten. Die Villa ist schlicht aber stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool liegt von 7:00 bis ca. 18 Uhr voll in der Sonne, schön, wenn man es mag, es gibt aber keine Schattenmöglichkeit.
Das Personal für den Pool hat immer geklingelt, die Gärtner leider nicht.
Rundum eine sehr sehr schöne Villa, bei der man sehr gut entspannen und planschen kann 🥰
Der Sevice mit VillasGuzmann war fast nur per Chat, aber es hat alles super geklappt. Es war unser 3. Urlaub bei Guzmann
Bei einer Villa für 7 Personen wären mehr Liegen und mehr Sonnenschirme direkt am Pool sehr gut gewesen. Ebenso ein Abzieher um die Terasse schnell zu trocken . So war es mit Kindern schnell rutschig. Evtl ein Fussabtreter für Bad und Terasse. Kinder unter 1,40 können in dem Pool nicht stehen.
Wir haben Schutzhandschuhe für Grill und Ofen vermisst.

Fijn huis , mooie badkamers en keuken met alle apparatuur.
Mooi groot zwembad.
Matrassen van de eenpersoons bedden.
Zitten matrasbeschermers omheen. Hygiënisch maar ligt niet prettig.

El mobiliario, la piscina, la terraza y los elementos de construcción de la villa, invitaban a quedarse en ella y olvidarse de la playa y otros lugares de visita. El lugar, más tranquilo que un camposanto; ni las cigarras se atrevían a cantar... Si llega a tener vistas al mar, me hubiese convertido en el primer anti-okupa en okupar una villa. Sencillamente delicioso. Por ponerle un pero, le echaría un vistazo a los ventiladores, pero vamos, por lo demás se puntúa con matrícula.
